Dedo (Slovak for Grandpa) represents a tribute to grandfather of ViaJur winery Chief Technologist, Michal Rigáň. This wine combines the experience of the old generation of winemakers and the knowledge of the new advancing one as well as love of the winemaking craft, hard work and – last but not least – the nature. It’s a decent white Burgundian with a gentle flowery aroma; a full-bodied wine with drawn-out sweet aftertaste that respects the characteristics of the region and the geographic location.

We recommend consuming the wine at the temperature of 9 – 11 °C with heavier sorts of fish, lamb specialities, poultry, foie gras and Slovak hard cheese.
